1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FillUp ("the Service"), operated by Diego Silveira Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FillUp is an AI-powered CV optimization platform. The Service allows users to upload their CVs and job posting information, and uses artificial intelligence to suggest optimizations, generate cover letters, and provide match score analysis. FillUp operates as an interoperability layer that connects to third-party AI servers and services to deliver optimized CVs. FillUp does not own, operate, or control the underlying AI models and cannot be held responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or failures originating from these third-party providers. FillUp does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

FillUp offers a free tier with a limited number of optimizations. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through a monthly subscription plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire. Credits will not be reimbursed or compensated in the event of AI-generated errors, inaccuracies, or unsatisfactory results, as FillUp cannot guarantee the output quality of third-party AI providers. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest CV content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our express permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the CVs and personal information you upload. The optimized output generated by the Service is yours to use freely. The FillUp brand, design, code, and underlying AI models remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all optimized CVs and cover letters before use. FillUp interoperates with third-party AI servers and services and cannot be held responsible for errors, downtime, or failures caused by these external providers. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@diegosilveira.studio.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
