FillUp ("the Service"), operated by Diego Silveira Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our CV optimization platform.

• Account information: your email address, used for authentication via magic link
• CV data: the CV files you upload for optimization (PDF format)
• Job posting data: the job descriptions you provide for matching
• Usage data: number of optimizations performed, timestamps, and feature usage
• Payment information: processed exclusively by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers or banking details

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and improve the CV optimization service
• Process your AI-powered optimizations and cover letters
• Manage your account and track your usage/credits
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send transactional emails (login links, receipts)
• Improve the quality of our AI models and service

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). CVs and optimization results are stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FillUp:

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Stripe: payment processing
• Vercel: hosting and deployment
• AI providers: for CV optimization processing (your data is sent to AI models for analysis but is not used to train these models)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

6. Data Retention

Your CV data and optimization results are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access your history. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data, uploaded CVs, and optimization results within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a standard format
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Cookies

FillUp uses essential cookies only, required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks.

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
